When you request a consulting call or a build: your answers, your name and email, your Instagram handle if you give it, and the page and campaign labels you arrived with.

When you ask for a playbook or join the email list: your email address, the page you joined from and its campaign labels, and the wording you agreed to.

Your browser remembers whether you closed or joined the email pop-up (so it doesn’t keep asking and the playbooks stay open for you), and, for that tab only, the campaign labels you arrived with and the email you gave (so you don’t type it twice).

Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, where a visit came from, and steps like opening the call request. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you. This site doesn’t use tracking cookies or ads.

I only send you guides and offers by email if you said yes: by ticking the box, joining the list, or asking for a playbook (the wording under the box says so). Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away; you can also reply “unsubscribe” to any email.

Call and build requests are stored in Notion. The email list is kept in Kit. The playbooks you ask for and emails about your request are sent with Resend, and the site is hosted on Vercel, which also counts visits. These services may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

I keep request details for up to two years after we were last in touch, unless you ask me to delete them sooner.
